Transfer a call 1, Digital phone: it is connected, press "Extension" key + internal number then press "Release" key or hung up

Pick up Someone's phone is ringing , press " *59 " + the ringing phone's number then you can speak with the caller
Conference 1, Digital phone:connected the first and "Enquiry?" is displayed,then connect the second, then press "Conference" key or press "Service" key + "*4" ,a conference is setup.
2, Analog phone:connected the first ,then press "R" key and connect the second, then press "R" key + "*3" ,a conference is setup.

There is message in your mailbox, when you lift the handset or open speaker, you will hear "You have message!"
Receive message ( in office)

Lift handset,dial 350 , hear voice ,input mailbox number (it is the extension number),or input password (default is 12345.),or both of them,then you can get message and make other operation.

Receive message ( out of office )
Lift handset,dial your office number ,when you hear the greeting press "*" key , hear voice ,input mailbox number (it is the extension number),input password (default is 12345.),then you can get message and make other operation.
